(1)the controller of Examinations shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Syndicate for such period and on such terms as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The Controller of Examinations shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
