Section 20 in Bengal Bonded Warehouse Association Act, 1838
20. Voting by proxy.-
And it is hereby enacted, that every proprietor entitled to vote at any general meeting may give a proxy in writing, general or special, limited or unlimited and signed by himself or by his attorney duly authorized thereunto, to any other proprietor: and that the proprietor to whom the proxy is given, may vote on behalf of the proprietor who had given the proxy, according to the terms of such proxy.
