Correspondence, orders and replies to be written neatly in proper sequence. - Orders and replies shall be written neatly in proper sequence across the page on clean sheets of paper cut to foolscap size. When there is no room left for writing on the sheet used, fresh sheets shall be attached and serially numbered.
