Shri S.P.S. Gurjar, learned counsel for the complainant. I.A.No.26275/2021, an application for urgent hearing is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.
Also heard on I.A.No.26697/2021, an application under Section 301(2) of Cr.P.C. for assisting the prosecution.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Shri S.P.S. Gurjar and his associates are permitted to assist the prosecution on behalf of the complainant.
On perusal of record, it is apparent that in FIR, the name of deceased has been mentioned as Mrs. Rachna Baghel w/o Bheekam and in inspection report which is given by Shri Akhilesh Bhargava, Senior Scientist, Scene of crime, the name of deceased has been mentioned as Rajni Baghel w/o Bheekam Baghel and their variation with regard to time of incident, therefore, in the interest of justice, as case is registered under Sections 302, 304-B read with section 34 of I.P.C.
Learned State counsel is hereby directed to make available the presence of Shri Akhilesh Bhargava, Senior Scientist, Scene of Crime Mobil Unit, Gwalior in person on 15/09/2021.
