877. Application by stranger.
- An application by an stranger to the case for the copy of an exhibit whether the application is made before or after the passing of the final decree or order or for the copy of any other paper when it is made before the passing of the final decree or order in the case, shall not be granted unless the Registrar is satisfied that there is sufficient reason for granting it.The Registrar may refer any application under Rule to the Administrative Judge for orders.
