3. Financial Powers.
- (i) All financial expenditures relating to the affairs of the Commission shall be made in accordance with the delegation of financial powers mentioned in appendix A to these regulations.(ii)The powers delegated shall be used with due care maintaining financial propriety and economy.(iii)Total value of work should not be split up to avoid sanction of higher authority.
