Section 36 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
36.
A book shall be kept, containing the names of the members of the Council, the Electorates they represent, the date of appointment of each member, the term for which he was appointed and the date of the death or retirement of each member, and such book shall be regularly kept up so as to show the period at which each of the bodies that has power to appoint should proceed to a new appointment, and the same particulars shall be observed with regard to members appointed by the State Government.
