Section 6(3)(d) in Establishment of New Medical College, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity by a Medical College Regulations, 2019

(d)permitted by the central government for running Under-Graduate or Post-Graduate courses in Ayurveda or Siddha or Unani or Sowa Rigpa and completed at least four years six months in case of Under-Graduate course and three years in case of concerned speciality of Post-Graduate degree course(s) and two years in case of concerned speciality of Post-Graduate Diploma Course(s) respectively after first permission;
