Section 23 in Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
23. Drainage.
- (i) The building and the compound, if any, shall be adequately drained to the satisfaction of the licensing authority.(ii)Except with the written consent of the licensing authority the lowest floor of the building shall not be constructed at a lower level than that at which it can be effectively drained by gravity.
