Section 2(d) in The M.P. Housing Board Accounts Rules, 1991
(d)Unutilised budget allocations shall be surrendered by the Circle Officer at the earliest date to facilitate re-allocations among other projects. A cut-off date in this regard may be prescribed by the Board.
