(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, [appoint] [The State Government has appointed 1st day of June, 2000 as the date on which this Act shall come into force vide Notification dated 31st May, 2000, published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary pt. 1(Kha), dated 31st May, 2000, p.205.].
