Section 16 in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
16. Exemption from ban on extraction of groundwater.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in sections 14 and 15 of this Act, the Authority shall not impose any ban on extraction of groundwater for drinking or domestic use.
