(a)Article 408 of the Civil Service Regulations lays down how much leave with allowances counts towards pension.(b)Periods of leave of all kinds (except privilege and casual leave and the first four months of leave on average pay) and suspension, not counting towards pension, should be separately shown on the second page of the pension roll in a "leave memo."NOTE. - Periods of absence without leave and of overstayal of leave do not count as service.
