Section 20(2) in Orissa State Youth Welfare Board Rules, 1996
(2)The Executive Board may propose amendments to any of the provisions of these rules with the support of not less than two-thirds of the members present in a meeting specially convened for the purpose and the amendments shall be notified if the same are approved by the State Government. The State Government may amend any of the provisions of the rules after consultation with the executive Board.
