Section 54 in The Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000
54. Officers to be public servants.
-The Chairperson, Directors, officers and other employees of the National Authority or any other person exercising any powers or discharging any functions under this Act shall be deemed to be the public servant within he meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
