Section 28(1)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975

(a)For the purposes of assessing the development charges, the use of land and building shall be classified under the following categories :

(i)Industrial ;

(ii)Commercial ;

(iii)Residential ;

(iv)Agricultural; and

(v)Miscellaneous.
