Section 3(1) in The Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010
(1)As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute an authority to be called "the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board" (hereinafter referred to as "the Board").
