- To examine and decide upon the applications received under sub-section (2) of section 10, there shall be a Scrutiny Committee for each district in the State which shall consist of the Deputy Commissioner concerned and such other members as may be prescribed. The Scrutiny Committee before making its decision, may jointly or severely make a site visit, if so required, with prior notice to the applicant.
