Section 451(2) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(2)After receipt and consideration of any such representation or if in the meantime no such representation in received after the expiry of the period as aforesaid, the State Government may at any time by notification cancel or modify such regulations either wholly or in part.
