Section 43 in The Darjeeling Gorkha Hill Council Act, 1988
43. Meetings. -
The Chief Executive Councillor shall preside over the-meetings of the General Council and the [Council] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.], The [Council] [Word substituted by W.B. Act 3 of 1994.] shall meet not less than once in every month for the transaction of business at such place and at such time as the Chief Executive Councillor may direct.
