Section 11 in The Salary and Allowances of Leader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly Act, 1978
11. Amendment of Section 2 of Punjab Act 4 of 1942.
- In the Punjab Legislative Assembly (Allowances of Members) Act, 1942, in clause (c) of section 2, between the words "a Minister" and "or the Speaker" the words and figures "or the Leader of the Opposition as defined in the Salary and Allowances of Leader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly Act, 1978" shall be inserted.
