367. Contents of application under section 491(l)(e) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
- Where the application is for an order under clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 491 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the affidavit accompanying it shall state in whose custody the prisoner is detained, to what other custody it is proposed to remove him and the reason for the change of custody. Before any orders are passed, notice of such application shall be served upon the prisoner and he shall be given an opportunity to be heard against such application.
