                              UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                 O R D E R

Four weeks’ time is given to the respondent Nos. 2 to 7 to file the counter affidavit.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent No.1. However, Mr. Aviral Saxena, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Sarvesh Singh Baghel, Ld. Advocate-on-Record seeks and is given two weeks’ time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks’ time to file the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.1. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the copy of the pleadings to the said respondent within a period of one week after filing of the vakalatnama.
