Section 6 in Tripura Foodgrains (Distribution) Control Order, 1972
6. Use of family card.
(1)A family card shall not be available for lawful use except when it is used by or on behalf of the person in respect of whom it is issued.(2)No person shall transfer to any other person any family card issued to him under the provisions of this Order.
