Section 19(1) in The East Punjab Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1948
(1)When the draft scheme of consolidation is ready for publication the Consolidation Officer shall publish it in the prescribed manner in the estate or estates concerned. Any person likely to be affected by such scheme, shall within thirty days of the date of such publication, communicate in writing to the Consolidation Officer any objections relating to the scheme. The Consolidation Officer shall after considering the objections, if any, received, submit the scheme with such amendments as he considers to be necessary, together with his remarks to the objections, to the Settlement officer (Consolidation).
