(1)A true copy of every assent mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 22 and of every consent and resolution mentioned in section 36 shall, with the date of such assent, consent or resolution, be filed by the foreman or by the remaining foreman or foremen, as the case may be, with the Registrar within fourteen days from the date of such assent, consent or resolution.
