Section 4(1) in The Manipur Hill Areas Autonomous District Council Act, 2000
(1)There shall be a District Council for each Autonomous District Consisting of 26 members of whom 2 shall be nominated by the Government from amongst Scheduled Tribe women and unrepresented Tribal communities as may be prescribed.
