Section 26(3) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960
(3)It shall be the duty of the Board to recommend to the Academic Council through the Faculty concerned, the courses of studies and syllabii for all University examinations and to perform such other functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
