Section 15(5) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves Manual, 1973
(5)The Range Officer on receipt of the Kendu Leaves Form No.2 for different phadies shall consolidate the same in Kendu Leaves Form No.3 to exhibit progress made in purchase of green keris in respect of different units in his Range from day to day and shall submit daily a copy of the same to the Deputy Conservator of Forests (K.L.). The number of leaves to be kept in each keri shall be as may be decided by the Additional Chief Conservator of Forests.
