FACTS
Vide RTI dt 28.7.13, appellant had sought information on four points relating to recent appointment in the Deptt of Electronics Science, DU, South Campus.
2. CPIO vide letter dt 21.8.13, enclosed a response received from Dy Registrar (Estt). The appellant was asked to deposit Rs 10 as photocopying charges. Additional information was provided vide letter dt 11.9.13.
3. An appeal was filed on 9.9.13.
4. AA vide order dt 21.10.13 observed that appellant has already been provided the information sought in his original RTI and has sought some more information which cannot be addressed at the first appeal stage and disposed of the appeal.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. Appellant submitted that he has not been provided information in respect of query no.3 for Ms Mridula Gupta.
DECISION
6. The Commission directs CPIO to provide the above information to the appellant within one week from date of receipt of the order.
The appeal is disposed of.
