Section 27(1) in The Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Act, 2001
(1)The paramedical qualification granted by medical institutions outside India which are included in the Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (No. 102 of 1956) shall be recognized paramedical qualifications for the purposes of this Act.
