(2)The Board shall consider all applications and may grant to such applicants as it thinks fit licences in Form G for planting and in Form I for replanting in respect as it thinks fit licences in Form G for planting and in Form I for replanting in respect of the whole or any part of the area asked for or may refuse to grant a licence.
