52. Annual Report of the Authority.
(1)The Chief Executive Officer or any other officer of the Authority duly authorised by the Chief Executive Officer in this behalf shall cause to be prepared the annual report of the Authority under sub-section (1) of section 71 of the Act on or before the 30th day of June following the financial year to which that report relates.(2)The annual report prepared under sub-rule (1) shall, after approval by the Steering Committee be signed and authenticated by the Chief Executive Officer.
