It was alleged by the petitioners that under the garb of allegations against their son Balwinder Singh @ Doni Bal regarding the murder of gangster Jarnail Singh, the respondents were harassing the petitioners, though petitioners had not even seen their son for the last one year.
In the reply, filed on behalf of respondent- State, though the criminal antecedents of the son of petitioner No.1 are disclosed but it is denied that family members of the said son of petitioner No.1 are being harassed.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing the petition and they are satisfied with the reply filed by respondent.
Dismissed in default for want of prosecution.
