12. Taking photographs etc.
- No person shall, except under the authority of a written permit granted by the Traffic Manager:(a)have or carry with him a camera for taking photographs or any material for making a sketch, plan, model or other devices;(b)take any photographs or make any sketch, plan or model of any movable or immovable object or building or installation within any port limits; and(c)any other area declared as such by the Conservator from time to time.
