Section 73 in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
73. Absence from meeting of Committee.
- Any member of a Committee, who absents himself from all meetings of any Committee of which he is a member during three consecutive months without the permission of the President shall cease to be a member thereof, and his office as such member shall become vacant, and he shall not be eligible for re-election to such Committee during the unexpired term thereof.
