Section 12(2) in Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya Act, 1956
(2)The Kuladhipati shall appoint a committee consisting of the following persons, namely :(i)One person elected by the Karyakarini Samiti;(ii)One person nominated by the Chairman of the University Grants Commission;(iii)One person nominated by the Kuladhipati.The Kuladhipati shall appoint one of the three persons to be the Chairman of the committee.
