Section 8(1) in C.U. Shah University First Statutes 2013
(1)The President shall be appointed by the Vardhman Bharti trust, Wadhwan City, District Surendranagar, the sponsoring body in consultation with the State Government, for a period of three years by following such procedure and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
