Section 17(f) in Bye-Laws for the State Board of Digamber Jain Religious Trusts
(f)to give directions for the proper administration of a religious trust in accordance with the law governing such trust and the wishes of the founder in so far as wishes can be ascertained and are not repugnant to such law;
