Section 24(1) in Swami Rama Himalayan University Act, 2012
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of :-(a)the Vice-Chancellor - Chairman;(b)the Finance Officer - Secretary;(c)the Principal Secretary/Secretary, Govt. of Uttarakhand, Department of Finance;(d)such other members as may be prescribed in the Statutes.
