Section 6(1) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity (Duty) Act, 2009
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint Chief Electrical Inspector and any other officer, to assist the Chief Electrical Inspector, to be the Inspecting Officer to inspect records and returns maintained under section 5.
