12. Custody and verification of reference standards.
- Every reference standard shall be kept at such place and in such custody as may be prescribed, and no such reference standard shall be deemed to be a reference standard and shall be used as such unless it has been verified authenticated and maintained in accordance with the rules made under the Central Act.
