8. Appointment of Officers of National Authority.
- The officers referred to in sub-section (4) and sub-section (5) of section 9 shall be appointed on deputation basis from the Central Government, State Government or Union territory under Non-Central Staffing Scheme of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
