On receipt of the application 'from the Management of the Dental College for increase in seats, the University shall appoint an inspection commission to inspect the suitability of the facilities provided by the College for such increase in seats. A sum of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) or such amount as may be prescribed by the governing council, from time to time, shall be paid by the applicant college through a demand draft drawn in favour of the Registrar of the University towards the inspection fee.
