Section 19(1) in The Haryana Service of Engineers, Class I, Public Works Department (Building and Roads Branch), (Public Health Branch) and (Irrigation Branch) respectively Act, 1995
(1)A member of the Service shall be liable to serve under the Government at any place whether within or outside the State of Haryana.
