Section 37(1) in Kerala Recognition of Trade Unions Rules, 2011
(1)Issues if any shall he raised in writing by recognized Trade UnionS to the employer of the industrial establishment or the class of industry in the local area as the case may be, for which the said Trade Union is recognized.
