(4)The members of the Committee shall be entitled to such allowances as may be prescribed:Provided, that a member of the State Legislature, while holding the office of member of the Committee shall not be entitled to receive any allowances other than travelling allowance, daily allowance or such other allowance which is paid to the holder of such office for the purpose of meeting the personal expenditure incurred in attending the meeting of the Committee or in performing any other functions as holder of such office.
