225. Order directing hearing of an appeal without preparation of paper book.
- On application by a party, the Chief Justice, after giving an opportunity to the other party if represented by a counsel to be heard, may on the applicant furnishing such cash security as may be considered proper so as to ensure the speedy preparation of a paper book in accordance with these Rules in case of a further appeal from this Court, direct that the appeal be listed for hearing without the preparation of a paper book
