Section 7(2) in The Gujarat Medical Council Act, 1967
(2)If any member absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Council, without leave of the Council granted under sub-section (7) of section 4 or without such reasons as mar, in the opinion of the Council, be sufficient, the Council may declare his seat vacant and take steps to fill the vacancy.
