(b)A list of the retail shops of foreign liquor for which the Collector proposes to grant licence, shall be exhibited along with shopwise licence fee and security amount at the Collector's office, Tehsil Office and the office of the District Excise Officer/Asstt. Commissioner Excise of the district.
